Registration Guidelines

 

Registered delegates are entitled for the following:
  • Access to welcome ceremony on 26th Aug 2022and all scientific sessions on 26th -28th Aug, 2022.
  • Program and abstract book.
  • Access to exhibition area.
  • Lunch on Aug 26th -28th, 2022.
  • Inaugural High Tea on 26th Aug, 2022 Evening.
  • One free pre-conference course with first come first serve basis ( limited seats).
  • Can pay and avail ticket for banquet dinner.

Registration Cancellation Policy

 

The conference Registration can only be cancelled in unforeseen conditions and refund shall be given in cheque after the conference only. The refund policy for all categories of registration shall be as below:

  • If intimated in writing and on production of original receipt before June 30, 2022 refund with a deduction of INR. 1000
  • No refund after June 30, 2022 or in case of “no show”
