Plagiarism is strictly prohibited & the presenter will be disqualified if found guilty of plagiarism.
The Post graduate students shall have to submit a certificate of original and bonafide work of the student/s before their abstract is considered for the conference.
Author (HOD in case of Postgraduate students) are responsible for the content in the final submission of scientific presentation.
One person can present only one paper as a lead presenter however they can be co-presenter in others.
Any mismatch in the registration form and abstract submission form will invite an disqualification.
Only abstracts submitted within the specified deadline will be considered for audio-visual presentation by the Scientific Committee.
All abstract will be reviewed by a team of blinded reviewers and notification of acceptance will be sent by email.
Abstract once submitted cannot be corrected. However, if you wish to make minor changes, you have to personally mail on scientific.saapd@gmail.com.
The abstract should not be previously published elsewhere or presented in any other conference before.
