Registered delegates will receive the following:

• Access to all scientific sessions on Feb 9-11th 2024.
• Program and abstract book.
• Access to exhibition area.
• Lunch on Feb 9-11th ,2024.
• Inaugural High Tea Feb 9th ,2024
• Free preconference course with first come first serve basis ( limited seats)

Accompanying Person Registration

• Access to the Welcome Reception on Friday 9th,2024.
• Lunch on Feb 9-11th 2024.
• Inaugural high tea.

Registration Cancellation Policy

 

The conference Registration can only be cancelled in unforeseen conditions and refund shall be given in cheque after the conference only. The deduction of all categories of registration shall be as below:

• If intimated in writing and on production of original receipt before Nov 30th 2023 is Rs 1000.
• No refund after Nov 30th 2023 and no show.
