REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Registered delegates will receive the following:
  • Access to all scientific sessions on April 11th-12th, 2025.
  • Access to exhibition area
  • Lunch on April 11th-12th, 2025.
  • Inaugural High Tea April 11th, 2025
  • Conference workshops on first come first basis ( limited seats)

ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION

  1. Access to the welcome reception on 11th April, 2025
  2. Lunch on April 11th-12th, 2025
  3. Inaugural high tea

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

The conference Registration can only be cancelled in unforeseen conditions and refund shall be given in cheque after the conference only. The deduction for all categories of registration shall be as below:
  1. If intimated in writing and on production of original receipt before 30th March, 2025 – Deduction is Rs 1000.
  2. No refund for cancellation after 30th March, 2025.
  3. No refund for No Show.
